Zen entitled and secured funding for this transformational 3 phased, mixed use development which was among the first high rise buildings in the City Center of Kapolei on the western side of Oahu. Hale Moena includes 154 units of senior housing, 143 units of family housing, and over 30,000 sf of ground floor retail. Zen secured 4% LIHTC and tax exempt bonds for both residential phases, as well as over $30 million in state gap funding. Hale Moena features 3,500 sf of indoor community space and a 17,000 sf landscaped podium deck shared by the two residential phases, all atop a 389 stall shared parking structure.
