Pardes Phase I

On behalf of client CRP Affordable Housing & Community Development, ZDC managed the entitlements, permitting and new construction of the Pardes Phase 1 affordable community in Elk Grove, CA. The three buildings totaling 96 units are the first phase of a two-phased project. The development includes 1, 2 and 3-bedroom units for families earning 30%-80% AMI. The Pardes 1 will offer a variety of community amenities including a community room, computer room, tot-lots, on-site management and residential services.
