On behalf of client Weingart Center, ZDC project managed the $23 million Weingart Willows project in Los Angeles from predevelopment through rehab, lease-up, and project close-out.  Funded by Project Homekey, the development is a retrofit of the former Sea Rock Hotel into 53 units of permanent supportive housing, featuring fully furnished units, heating & air conditioning, in-unit kitchens, private bathrooms, community spaces, bicycle storage, laundry facilities, a dog park, and a community garden.
